MINOTTI PAVILION 2025
The architectural project of the Minotti Pavilion 2025 reflects the evolution of Minotti’s design vision, an inspirational space in which to breathe the essence of the new 2025 Collection. A concept created by Minotti Studio that expresses, through five living concepts and five key product families – designed by five different designers – multiple ways of experiencing and interpreting both indoor and outdoor residential and hospitality spaces.
A dynamic, eclectic display designed to evoke new sensations, drawing from the expressive power and elegance of Modernism, reinterpreted in a contemporary key, spread across a 4,500 sqm exhibition space on two levels. A volume that plays with the harmony of shapes, dimensions of light, and rhythmic shifts in the use of materials, masterfully blended and alternated with oases of greenery, to authentically interpret the spirit and stylistic essence of each atmosphere.
From the outside, the Minotti Pavilion presents an original and sophisticated language, enhanced by the interplay of warm Tanganika walnut and coarse-grained optical white stucco – an unprecedented combination that reveals a strong inclination for experimentation and research. As visitors step into the space, they are welcomed by a Manifesto by the Minotti family, setting the stage for their visit.
From this point, the 2025 Collection unfolds in a multi-dimensional exploratory journey that, room by room, invites visitors to immerse themselves in five distinct scenarios. These are further enriched by a selection of contemporary masterpieces from the renowned Florentine Tornabuoni Arte collection, exclusive partner for the works on display – showcasing the innovative language of eight master artists, including Alberto Biasi, Agostino Bonalumi, Alberto Burri, Giuseppe Capogrossi and Paolo Scheggi.
The concept of the first atmosphere is inspired by a Californian modernist stylistic influence, enriched with textures and clear references to the Sixties, the Seventies and 1970s Italian architecture. Walls covered in Tanganika walnut and oxidised steel boiserie alternate with Ecru-coloured carpeted floors, defining a warm and welcoming space. Here, the Coupé seating system by Giampiero Tagliaferri is the protagonist in various unexpected configurations.
Moving forward, the second setting embodies the soul of a contemporary home with a decorative twist, distinguished by graphic elements and a meticulous layering of materials and decoration, conveying both balance and stylistic depth. White plaster and black stucco on the walls, along with a larch floor in Licorice colour, define the style of an elegant residence, into which the refined, timeless identity of the Vivienne seating system by GamFratesi, is seamlessly integrated.
The next space, on the other hand, explores the boundaries of contemporary rationalist Modernism, maintaining a constant dialogue between memory and innovation, using architecture as a narrative tool. Textured surfaces such as Iranian travertine, oxidised steel, glazed tiles, and larch in Licorice colour – here placed on the ceiling – create an elegant, clean atmosphere. A space where the personality of Riley, designed by Hannes Peer, fits perfectly in both its larger, more suggestive configuration and a smaller, more measured one, with central elements placed side by side.
The fourth environment pays tribute to the Brazilian Modernism expressed by Marcio Kogan in his architectural projects, where the light enhances the warm tones of the Italian travertine and Tanganika walnut presented in their most authentic forms, highlighting both the intricate details and the essential appeal of these materials. The compositional fluidity of the Bézier seating system, showcased here in its largest and most emblematic configuration, provides a refined balance between warmth and minimalism, between a sensation of home and the cosiness of hospitality settings.
In the fifth space, on the top floor, the design concept revolves around the theme of connection and versatility, where the use of lacquered surfaces amplifies these sensations. The Saki collection by Nendo, here conceived with a strong hospitality connotation, envelops the atmosphere, transforming it into a welcoming lounge.
The Minotti Pavilion emerges as a kaleidoscope of inspirations, emotions and tangible architectural expressions that interpret the brand’s know-how and legacy of excellent craftsmanship. Driven, as always, by passion, ambition, and expertise, it charts new perspectives and an innovative path toward the future respecting its own DNA.
This is Minotti.
